Prompt Orchestrator does not include any in‑app purchases. All payments for prompt kits or related products happen outside of this macOS app, for example on our website using Stripe Checkout in a web browser.

Inside the app you only manage prompt kits, run jobs (image / audio), and work with files that you already have on your Mac.

1. Do I need an account or login to use Prompt Orchestrator?

No. The current macOS version does not require any login or account. You can launch the app and start using it directly on your Mac.

2. Which AI providers does Prompt Orchestrator support?

Prompt Orchestrator is designed as a “bring your own provider” tool. You can connect it to your own image and audio providers (for example OpenAI, Leonardo, ElevenLabs, etc.) by entering your API keys and endpoints in the Worker Control panel. The app itself does not bundle any keys and does not force you to use a specific provider.

3. Where do I enter my API keys? Are they stored on your servers?

You enter your API keys in the Worker Control section inside the app on your Mac. Keys are used locally to call the providers that you configure. They are not sent to MetaCortex Studio servers and are not shared with third parties by the app.

Important: Prompt Orchestrator expects regular server-side / desktop API keys. If you create heavily restricted keys (for example keys limited to a specific website domain, IP address, or internal project only), some requests may fail with authentication or permission errors. In that case the problem is with the key configuration, not with the app itself. Please try again with a normal secret API key that has permission to call the provider’s text / image / audio endpoints, and make sure billing and quotas are enabled in your provider account.

4. How are my prompt kits delivered after purchase?

Prompt kits are sold separately on the web (for example via Stripe Checkout). After you complete your purchase in the browser, you receive a download link by email. You then open Prompt Orchestrator on your Mac and load the kit file from your local disk. The macOS app does not handle the payment step.

5. Where are my generated images and audio files stored?

Generated files are saved locally on your Mac, typically under a folder like:

samples/output/<job_id>/

You can open this folder in Finder and manage the files like any other documents on your Mac.

6. Does the app send my prompts or files to MetaCortex Studio?

No. Prompt Orchestrator routes prompts directly from your Mac to the AI providers you configure. MetaCortex Studio does not receive your prompts or outputs through its own servers.

7. I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please send an email to metacortexops@gmail.com with:

  • a short description of the bug
  • your macOS version
  • your Prompt Orchestrator version
  • steps to reproduce the issue
  • screenshots or a short screen recording if possible

Prompt Orchestrator does not collect unnecessary personal data. Any payment information is processed by third‑party providers (such as Stripe) on their own checkout pages in your browser. The macOS app does not store credit card details.
